The journey begins here. I harvest fallen, dead and storm damaged trees. Trees that would otherwise be turned into firewood, mulch or fall victim to forest decay. These trees are inspected for potential lumber quality, species and personal characteristics. Once removed from the area, they are taken to my local sawmill. This is where the tree begins its new life. The log is cut into lumber as boards and then kiln dried. This whole process starts and ends with me, ensuring that the highest quality care is taken at each and every step. A tree doesn't die when it stops growing. It lives again in the projects I create for you. |
